Sonic Rhythms

Sonic Rhythms is a series of works each containing a subterranean sound file (recorded by the artist) coupled with a painting. The paintings were made while listening to the subsurface and underwater sounds associated with them. The patterns of the recorded sounds in these subterranean locations were particularly influential in creating the structure of the paintings.
